It is spooky

I was amazed to see this beautiful park with lush green lawns, clear lake and great landscaping.  I was happily roaming around…aimlessly.  I saw my friend standing under a tree.  She looked upset.  I went to her and asked.  She said she has been diagnosed with cancer.  We discussed the causes of it.  I was scared.  I didn’t want to lose my friend. 

What does this mean? Am I going to lose any of my friends? Is it a good or a bad indication?
